So, I was a bit anxious about starting my first day at work.  I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a good day.  I got to meet all the nice people and got my own desk.  I am still waiting on the IT guy to set me up with a computer account, so I get to flip through pages of material for the time being and update it in the system later.

The hardest part of my day: trying to take an hour-long lunch.  I am used to taking 5 (maybe 10) minute lunches.  After 20 minutes, I didn’t know what to do, so I starting doing work again.  I am sure I will learn in time.

We may have found a house to rent around mid-July.  It is 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, and is a wonderful neighbor with an excellent school.  We’ll see, but it looks like everything is coming together.
